Ottawa First Responders Foundation

This is my client Brenda. I am so amazed by her and what she has built. This is the 10th Anniversary of the 9RunRun race she conceived and on July 31st this year she launched the Ottawa First Responders Foundation to a fanfare of donations in the amount of $34,000!! Yes, you read that right. All of this to support mental health in first responders, their veterans and families as well. I feel so incredibly blessed to work with such inspiring clients, like Brenda. I also feel privileged to have been introduced to several first responders and hear more about a world I truly knew very little about. I was ecstatic to present Brenda with this cheque from my business to help her carry on this effort. Brenda, I’m so proud to be working with you. ❤️❤️❤️

This year, we will be collecting products and funds for Interval House - a women's shelter for women and children escaping domestic violence in the Ottawa area.

Despite everything else that was handed to us in 2020, with the help of the community and our corporate sponsor, Kruger Inc., we were able to fill two SUVs to the BRIM with hygiene products with an estimated value of over $3,000! We also received cash and gift card donations of $425. |
In 2019, the amazing community of Women in Business in the Ottawa area came together and we SMASHED what we collected in 2018.

At the end of this campaign, I collected over 375 boxes of tissues, over 500 rolls of toilet paper, over 100 tampons, 36 toothbrushes, 18 tubes of toothpaste and 1400 sanitary napkins!!!
